hallelujah!

I am thinking of that title more in the Leonard Cohen sense of the word.

I keep hearing voices and it is a blow to my confidence.

I keep on growing and evolving each day and so I must learn to find

my focus, again and again. It's the daily ritual! Hallelujah!

My body feels all 'caught up' and yet I know to keep my focus onĀ

getting my work and schedule done. I have given up feeling as though the focus

should be "happy" - instead the agressiveness and melee storm pulls me inward and my innards are churning kind of - and my focus is staying above it -

and directing me still. It's a good thing. I am supposed to go to yoga in a few minutes.

That should be a nice thing to do...I don't know how people 'do it' - hallelujah!

I must sound like a broken record...Ok I want to make lemonade..

Have a good day out there guys!!

Leonard is one of my gurus on the philosophies that help me appreciate the harder lessons in life that I never would have chosen on my own.

"And even though it all went wrong
"I'll stand before the Lord of Song
"With nothing on my lips but Hallelujah."

Great song. . . I've used worse mantras in my grounding exercises.

"There's cracks
"There's cracks in everything.
"That's how the light gets in." (Anthem)

Have you talked to your pdoc about the voices? Maybe a med tweak is in order?
