Had a full day
Got up at 340am to get going to work.Came home and ate lunch, showered and dressed. Played with Blue only a little and then drove out to Venice Beach for a delivery for my parents. A 2 hour round trip. Came back to their house and my Stepmom made us lunch. Then helped my stepmom in the garden briefly and then came home. Tired and I'm craving sweets and cake. But no can do I had a glass of Oatmilk and then had a snack of Trader Joe's Oat O's. Looking forward to sleeping tonight.

My meds and age make me gain weight really easily. I can’t do it..
I know - I’ve gained seroquel weight and I hate it. I try to be sensible with food choices but try to enjoy a bit.
