HAD A FEAST OF CROWS' FEET.

had a big feed of crows' feet for supper. THEY ARE AN EDIBLE GREEN THAT GROWS ON THE SALT MARSHES OF THE BAY OF FUNDY. THEY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME OF YEAR. IF YOU LIKE BEET GREEN, COLLARD, FIDDLE HEADS AND SUCH YOU WOULD LOVE THESE. THEY LOOK LIKE BIRD FEET. THIS IS BEFORE EATING. THE NEXT PICTURE IS AFTER EATING. I PUT BUTTER, A LITTLE SALT AND VINEGAR ON MINE. YUMMY!!!

Okay, those look strange......lol. How the heck do you eat them? Do you suck the green off of them? What do they taste like? I love collard greens with a bit of bacon but never heard of crow\'s feet. Might like to try them sometime..........BTW, your avi is beautiful. Are those yours?

Scratch that last question, I just remembered you mentioning your cala lillies the other day. Geesh, I am losing it lately, too much on the brain, haha

Yeah, my question too, how do you eat them. Looking at the before and after pictures I\'d suspect you kind of scrap the green stuff off with your teeth like eating an artichoke.
