had a busy morning - i guess i am tired now

I woke at 445am today then took a shower, dressed

and went and got a coffee - 

I came home and had some cereal and then facetimed with my sister and neice in London.

Then decided to clean up and - eventually it was time to take a half hour walk

as part of my exercise routine. I then came home - washed my hair again - because

a bird had pooped on my head while out walking! hah - it means 'good luck!' i was told!!

Played with Blue and then decided to have lunch and I walked over to the Speedway gasoline station

where I redeemed a lottery ticket...$2! I will get coffee with that tomorrow!

I emailed my therapist with some ideas that I have been having - and put a load of bedding

in the washer - put away the dry dishes and cutlery - and now I may just watch some English

soccer. Things are getting sloppy and very lackadaisical here. I think I might be tired.

I'll take a nap too.
