Grounding myself
Been through a lot of evolutions, iterations today for lack of a better way to say it. I've done what I've needed to do today and the slightest things now are making me manic ungrounded and untethered. But if I focus on what I need to do it gives me a sense of reason, rationality and calming. Perhaps it doesn't have to mean something greater than it does, it's just "me taking care of my day".. and so it goes. Peace

Uh-oh. . . I think you rattled my arithmomaniac cage with the iterations. . . The titerations of the iterations are among my triggers. Don't confuse arithmomania with being good at math. Think, "Rain Man." Arithmomania is fairly common with autism.
Getting back on topic. . .
Nope, it doesn't have to mean anything greater than it does. The older I get, the more I believe most of life should be taken at face value. Life be a complex weave, but I doesn't need to analyze every thread in the weave. It's okay to enjoy the mystery.
And so it goes. . .
Thanks Arfie. I am really struggling right now. I am trying to tell myself though (along the lines that it doesn’t mean anything more) but I know I need to check with others every few little whiles. I start thinking and spinning when on my own a lot and I guess I just need to check in once in a spell and that is what it is. Part of being hoooman. Or part of being me.
It's hard to know for sure over the internet, but? ? ? Isn't being human part of being you?
Gentle empathy on the need to check in once in a spell. Without the reality checks of human interaction, there's no predicting what I might start thinking I am. I have a very fertile imagination. . . Can an imagination be *too* fertile?
Ground control to Major Arf. . .
I'm really sorry that you're struggling sweetie...... Gentle hug.... I hope that tomorrow will be a better day....xo

I step outside and look at the stars and clouds to help reset my balance as needed as frequently as every few moments on some difficult days.
You're doing a terrific job of keeping your focus !
Thanks guys!
