Another Green Smiley Monday!
On this cold winter morning (-28 C) the sun is shining and I am warm and cozy inside. I don't need to go outside so I can stay warm.
It has been a strange week. My son had a month from Hell but it ended on a good note. He finally got an agent in Hollywood. Hopefully all will go well from now on for him.
On a rather amusing note: On Saturday, I was to meet a former boss for brunch. I haven't seen her in several years as she has been in the Middle East working as a nanny for the royal family - their children have diabetes and she is a nurse. I was anxious to catch up. We agreed to meet at a hotel dining room and I even wrote it on my calendar. HOWEVER, as I was writing, I was thinking of The Black Knight Inn. So I went to the wrong hotel. We waited and waited and she never arrived. When we got home, my husband checked the calendar - we were supposed to meet at the Capri, across the street! I phoned Marianne and apologized profusely - she thought it was funny, and I saw the humour later. I think I went to the BKI because we often met for lunch there. It was also the hotel where Lisa and Harvey had their wedding reception.
I think the biggest green smiley was having Lisa visit me in my dream. Although I don't remember a lot, I do recall her assuring me that all was well. I must thank Linda and Eddie for reminding her!
So the week is starting okay!
