greater then expected.

I had my meeting today at the organisation I am a part of to discuss an email I sent described as sensitive and better to get a face to face discussion oln it. Today was the day. I thought I might be expelled from the organisation. But I was doing what was right in my eyes so I worried little, until the meeting was about to begin. The organisation rented a local in a building for community services next to another that is involved with people with psychiatric symptoms and/or conditions. I was a member of the latter one, until the director stated that a case of sexual abuse was not sexual abuse because both partners were consenting and adults. His idea was to ignore the fact that the female was under the law of health and social services minister which states that she was not to be involved sexually with a member of the targetted clientel, which was what she did. but the director and president of the direction stated that it was OK because there was mutual consent. To make it short I denounced him and his declaration to the agency of health and social services as the minister of the same was subsidising that organisation. He is still there. And there is a group of wemployees who work in my area, one who blasted me for talking about the issue. Now these employees are next door to this organisation I emailed ,including the one who blasted me. My goal was to inform them(administeration) of this other organisation not being squeaky clean, because I did not want others there to go through something similar. In the end , my part having been done by informing them and my concern for the other members of the organisation some of whom are with psychiatric conditions/symptoms themselves, I declared myself not responsible for the administration's lack of interest in my info if it be the case and that was pretty much it. Upon leaving.....I was thanked for my trip to discuss the issue and to give all the personel a heads up on the lack of the pristine nature of their neighbor, in case they think of taking part in an activity with them for whatever reason. They THANKED me! I'm not used to that somehow. My life must have been rougher then I imagined. So now I feel good and the rest is up to them.  My civil good deed was accomplished and appreciated.  YEA!
