Great... roller coaster ride

For the past week, I've been in a mania state and now it's heading downwards into depression again.   It's happening slower than normally thanks to the lexapro but it's still happening.   Just feel... well, down.   Migraines have been worst lately.  I've had them for the past two days.   Can feel this one coming on and my vision is all screwy.  Took some aleve hoping to lessen it enough I can semi-function.   TV is only on 2 and it sounds too loud.  The cats meow too loud.   Head doesn't hurt as bad if the eyes are closed.   Don't need to nap as I'm not tired...just hurt.
