Got Thrown Out of the Building
I work in a secure building and managed to get thrown out today. My company is in the process of being bought out by another company, and my company allowed its clearance to lapse. Makes sense as the level of clearance required is rather high, and that is expensive to maintain. The new company leadership did not realize that when the company lost its clearance, it canceled out my clearance. So I was escorted out of the building.
Now I sit at home getting paid to do nothing. Every cloud.... right?

ah hmm. At least it was not your fault. That would rock, staying at home and getting paid! Also its temporary right?
Temporary. Should be cleared up by next week. So I should get three to four days getting paid rather nicely to play PS4 (Assassin's Creed Odyssey). Also when I am picked up by the new company, my clearance will need to be upgraded. It is a weird system that you have to have the clearance and then the need to know. This whole company this falls in the need to know category.
I probably cant ask what the company does right? Software?

Might be. More the lack of attention of my company. Working at home now... in sweats and a nice cup of coffee. Also answered some email poolside yesterday. So there is that.
