got some exsesise today yay tues jan 31,2012 8.30p.m.

well, i started to put some stuff in the suitcase finnally. i tried to clean some in room. supposed to go to my place tommorow and maybe stay the night. we will see. it will be the first finnally. any way, got up ate and went to dierburgs w/ sis and walked the store. came home and then i laid for a very short time and then i got up and did lots o dishes. then i ate ceareal, made hamburgers for the guys and me and her didnt care what we ate so i had raison bran. not bad. i am tired right now. i did get some stuff done. i exsersised too close to eating so am little sick. trying not to think about the bad things. i hope it goes well tommorow. am very anxiaus about all this. i just dont know. so anyway, thats about it for now. i know son want me to come home and b.f. will be very happy wene i get there. called and cancelled for my theripist, for got about it and was imbarissed so said ride fell threw. ok, well maybe moore later if not for sure tommorow.........
