got out of house

well, went to f.s. office w/ social worker. it was horrible. im so tired and sad today. my place smells so bad. i wish i could get all the stale air out. its mostly ciggerette smell. i only notice it wene i leave and come back. ive tried everyting i can think of. ive got many air fressheners, but they dont work. waiting for aunt to call and see what she wants to do if anything today. ok, moore later if this thing doesnt go off. have to take some meds. very shacky today. its after 12 noon and ive not taking any xanex yet very bad. ok, moore later. will try to contact my freind later tonight. its nice to be able to get on here. moore later...
