Good morning Blues

It's dark outside. I've lit all the votives in chapel. The morning darkness is wrapping around me like a heavy blanket and the solitude is weighing on me with a sadness and loneliness. I know it's just as things are right at this moment. I reached out to a friend to say good morning and I'm writing here.

Service begins in 10 minutes. The sisters all in black will emerge from the darkness soon to start chanting and celebrating the start of the day.
