good morning

it's monday morning...got up and drank some coffee in bed while I watched the news.

Opened the windows and Blue jumped up onto the sill as he likes watching the wildlife.

This attack in Buffalo is so bad as is the attack in Orange County.

I fed Blue and dressed and took a shower. Now to start my day.

Just adulting type stuff to do today. Not too much of it. But it is what it is.

I think I'll write my therapist an email. I see her tomorrow too.
