good morning

It's my last day of the weekend for me. A highlight of today is that I see my therapist at 330p.

I saw a movie last night "The Call of the Wild." I really liked it. I liked what the story represented

and it was really well done. When I read the book as a child, it was only an adventure tale to me -

and last night I grasped what it meant in its entirety.

I went with an old friend from high school. She has anxiety issues but is

super strong, funny and outspoken and she was very accepting. "We all have shit" she once said - so

any of my fears kind of melted away when we saw each other - even when my oddities popped up - 

I let them fall to the wayside and just felt human again..

This is going to be a challenging week, not at work, but outside of work... I find when I have a challenge like the kind

I have right now, I need to invite in a change of perspective and creativity. Right now I am just

trying to see the next 3 days (outside of work) as 'my job' to take care of. I can do that and it's kind

of encouraging. I'll mix things up - and grasp the chance to do things differently.
