good morning

it's 611am - I have been up since 530am- 

I go down to church at 630am

where I will set up things for service at 730am.

I'm hungry and thirsty - but I can't eat or drink

anything until communion - I'll see if I can get some

holy water :) - that would be legit. heh

I'll be going to the gym after services -

Then I'll go get a coffee and then back to the monastery.
