Good morning!

It's a good morning.

i think I've found that we each have our grace and lifestyle that we make for ourselves and then to be able stand back and appreciate that in each other (as that which we are doing) is so nice. I'm not so concerned of approval at this time here at the monastery but I'm starting to just appreciate how I'm doing this and each of us here is dealing with the grace and lifestyle here that we're trying to build. It brings me peace.

I do know that when I sought lifestyle on my own, in life, I did become quite sick as I took it to the extreme. I didn’t balance it with responsibility and life became an unsustainable fantasy. Something was forever missing inside for me as well. No matter how much
designing I did, there was an emptiness in a sense.
I’m learning now what that was and is. Waking up was slow and painful today. I was completely caught up in my slumber yet when I started to find the purposeful things I needed to do, I started to get happy and ok with the day.
Responsibility - self responsibility - is really important - not just for survival - but also for health.

I'll also tell you Nikki, that I can become so derailed by a positive or negative remark at times -
that it's teaching me to take my own medicine so to speak to keep tolerant and ready to
deal with derailing things.
I know that as I have grown with my journey to mental health - that there will inevitably be derailing
things - no matter how scrutinized I am with myself or how largely I look at things.
I think it's important I set myself a challenge - I don't want to become fallow in the pursuit of stabile mentality
if there is such a thing - I want to be stable enough to know and manage that inevitable
rollercoaster....If I focus too small in on things - I'll become incapable to cope - I suspect.
I guess this is a good sign in the form of a conclusion. I'm ready to do stuff.

here's hoping this isn't a wrong turn.

i opine that it's okay if it is a wrong turn. in my own spiritual perception, i believe god has set me up for more than one wrong turn just to get me to a better place than the destination i was trying to reach. god really can see around corners i don't even know the existence of.

it is my stubborn insistence that i know best which most often gets me in trouble.
insert humility here.
oopsies happen.

Ready to do stuff - that’s great!
Actionable steps with all the insights you’ve gathered up….. it’s okay to be wobbly from time to time. It’s just a wobble, its not a collapse or defeat.

One foot in front of the other is the best way to navigate, in my own experience.

No wrong turns, just new ones when it’s time to navigate to that next step.
