Going up.... I hope!!!
Hey, out there in cyberspace, aren’t computers great. What did ever do without them ? Sure beats the long distance phone bills. Plus what a great way to make new friends, like you guys !!! I’m trying to get caught up on my Journaling with all of you, it sure doesn’t take long to get behind. As most of you know I’ve been on a downer for awhile but I seem to be coming up a little and I’m hoping it will continue. I did have a little set back yesterday, I had a flu bug of some sort, a real nasty one, kept me in bed or the bathroom all night and day. Definitely not fun!!! But even with this I am feeling better emotionally. It doesn’t hurt that the sun is shining and the temps are up there. Yahoo!!Hubby has been helping me get all of the windows cleaned and the curtains washed and hung out to dry. He’s so great about that. I’ve got the spring cleaning bug. Even my schnauzer did not escape my cleaning binge. I spent 2 hours clipping his body and head. I has him left long for winter but he just looks scruffy now. Terri, my groomer, will have a fit when she sees him!!! My thiz shu just watched from the couch, trying to make himself invisible so he did not get the same treatment. Going out for a buffet supper with 3 other couples tonight. It’s a roast beef buffet at the local pub. Looking forward to it.Well, I’ll close for now, I have journals to catch up on. Be well, Debbie

I understand the need to clip your dog after the winter hair is too long too. So good to hear things are looking brighter again for you. I know how it gets when the spring cleaning bug hits. Nothing is as nice as a freshly shrubbed house once it\'s finished. Have a good week and keep looking up for that daily strength in spirit. God bless....Sylvia

Well for crying out loud, in the bathroom all night and then a buffet. I am jealous of the buffet dinner but not the bathroom trip. I am a emotional pack rat,( not junk just letters etc). I have been going through them and putting each persons in a separate box. Wow it was very emtional. Reading letters from my son in the service. Letters from my sister who is no longer with me. Answering machines tapes back when they had them, the kids kindergarden pictures, talk about a cryathon. How did I get on this? Oh yah you mentioned computers. I did laugh at times reading all the letters, thinking we had phones. Oh yah we could not afford to use them. From that we have gone to instant messaging, e-mailing and free long distance and it doesn\'t seem that long ago to me but I guess it was. Hope you enjoy the buffet, it sounds really good. Love Naomi
