Going to stay in the moment
I'm here at work, waiting for it to start. My worrying is alive and amping up, but I know I can get through this day. I'm more preoccupied with the future.
I know I can get through that too. Just got to stay in the moment and take it a step at a time.

i like worrying about the future. so much so that i frequently remind myself that the future is unknowable. good/bad are a 50/50 proposition, making a good outcome equally likely as a bad one. gots to **just** roll your proverbial dice and take your chances.
