going to see my new child in a bit

I went to the local animal shelter on Monday and played with the cats while there.

They were so nice, and there's one I really like and so I will go see him today.
It might be a she not sure.

Since the shelters I've adopted from make spay and neuter part of the adoption agreement, I'm not at all sure it matters whether your new child is a he or a she. Near as I can tell, love is not a gender trait in their species, either. Hormones are an entirely different subject. but the neutering neutralizes that factor.

Congrats on the wisdom to get to know your baby before you commit.

One of the most important volunteer positions at any shelter is *just* playing with the animals waiting for adoption.

Have you found your calling? Just wondering. . .

If they like me again on Friday then I will bring them home. And if my Dad doesn’t react to me with my cat scented clothes (he’s allergic) then they definitely will be adopted
