Going through the Motions

I've finally given in to the fact that as little interaction as possible is what's best for me. I find it a little hard because I can't keep our son away from him and I can't be around him for more than a few minutes before we get to that "let me ask you a question" stage.  I'm going to get a pedicure today while he visits.  I don't know what's going on with me...I'm confused. I'm just taking it one day at a time trusting that with each day gone by my life will be better.
