going 2 workout 2morrow

should make my body feel a lil more loose and less stiff & i understand it releases endorphens and helps with mood.  i need some help.  im gonna try 2 get 2 church 2.  but not sure where.  i might just walk around the neighborhood.  there r no shortage of churches in walking distance.  until i get a car it wld b easiest 4 me 2 kp going 2 church if the church is nearby. im sad and i have a lot oof time on my hands. ive been reading.  i just finished another book.  ididnt c my therpist this week,but i did c my psychiatrist so i think thats gd enuf.
