God help me

First off I have self medicated tonight. I know it isn't the best thing to do but it helps me to sleep. I really miss Donna. I have a profound sense of loss tonight.  I don't see any future different. I am very lonely even though my kids are very close. I know I have to persevere. I'm not sure I can. I'm just very emotional and can't seem to stop being so. I think I have been left here to watch after the grand kids. I guess that is my mission I have been given. It's tough. It's very hard to go on without you honey.

Don\'t fight the emotions, just go with it. It\'s all part of the process. Yeah, it stinks and is horrible. When I was in your shoes I never thought I could escape the cold grip of grief. But I did, somehow. You will too. Just go moment by moment and be kind to yourself. Warm hugs.
