Gluten Free?
I have been hearing a lot about going gluten free, people saying it's good for migraines and stomach problems, and I have both. I want to see a gastroenterologist to be tested for Crons and Colitis. The store I shop at has a bunch of good gluten free stuff and so that's not going to be a problem. Not to mention that Geo is probably going to have his surgery this month, and so that means we are going to be using less food stamps. This way we can get quality food and more veggies. I did my 10 minutes of exercise by cleaning around... I was sweaty and my heart rate was up, especially vacuuming. My veggie was spinach. I need to go jump in the shower, too. I love hot showers even though it's hot. We are going through a bit of a heat wave.. yesterday the heat index was 87 degrees. It's more about trying to stay cool rather than warming up. I need to find a place between this and snow. I've seen it snow in LA on Christmas day when I was young. it was wonderful. It sometimes gets below freezing here and we get frost, but that only happens once every year or so.

I think it is worth a shot trying gluten free, it certainly cant hurt. that is god about you being able to buy more quality and veggies, you are trying so hard and congrats on the exercise and the spinach. I need veggies badly. I couldn\'t take that heat all the time, I don\'t even do well in the few months we have hot weather. I will never move south, lol. have a great sunday!
Talk with Joyce she does well with GF...lots of gluten free foods not in the packaged section too. I think rice if gluten free and cheap:)
There is no test for colitis or crons that I am aware of. You have a colonoscopy to determine if you have either. It is well worth just trying eating GF for a month or so to see if you feel any better.
so cool that its 87 by you, wish it was warm like that here. we went to 82 one day, that was the highest.
didn\'t know that about glutens, i get migraine so good to know. gmo food in general is POISON its full of toxins from pesticides and its ILLEGAL in 30 countries. its a felony to plant or sell it there. wish they would do the same here. they have been selling gmo food here for 15 years now and a LOT of people are getting cancer from it.
