Tripped and fell on the tile floor downstairs. I hit hard on my leg right below the knee and on the knee and left hip. It was 9 pm and so I decided to wait till the next morning to go to the ER. Didn't sleep a wink. When we went yesterday morning, they took X rays and told me nothing was broken but the doctor said they don't do MRI's when you come to the ER. ? So they wrapped the knee and sent me home. Now I am just hobbling around and waiting to see if it gets better on its own. If not, I will have to go to my primary and have him order an MRI to check for a tear. Oh joy! Does the fun ever end? I had to take the wrap off this morning because my leg had swollen up above and below the wrap. Just as well.
On the bright side, I get out of cooking and cleaning for a while.
Like I always say: "It's just another boil on the butt of life. It may be painful but it won't kill ya".

Oh Linda I hate that you had such an ugly fall, I pray that it will get better and nothing is broken or torn. Hugs Ree
Nothing broken but not sure if anything is torn. I\'ll just have to wait and see how it feels after a while and if it doesn\'t get better, then I\'ll check with my primary and have him order an MRI. It\'s just such a hassle to hobble around on crutches, especially in the morning when I take my diuretic and have to \"race\" to the bathroom to pee every ten minutes. LOL

I hate that you fell. i hope your leg feels better soon. Leave it to you to look on the bright side....no cooking and no cleaning. You are in my prayers. Take care.
