Getting worse
I am getting worse. I've had suicidal thoughts for weeks, and nightmares every night. I'm scared that one day I will give in and do it. And if I don't then I just keep living in torment.
The pdoc switched my Zoloft for Wellbutrin four days ago and I'm not seeing much change. The Wellbutrin seems to make me feel just a little more awake than the Zoloft, but it's not so great. I'm supposed to take 100mg for five days and then bump it to 150mgs. We'll see how it goes.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, some anti depressants make that worse. I would be checking again with my doctor. I have had to have mine changed too, I am just sorry that this happens to good people. Depression is not something we ask for and which is easy to deal with. I know Wellbutrin didn\'t work for me, Made me worse. However, we are all different.
Heretic I am sorry you are not feeling well again and I know that stuff like suicidal ideation is common for many of us...me too but I just went to Pdoc two weeks ago and go again tomorrow for follow up to her bump up of welbuterin for me....it really has helped me to get out of that suicidal thought process I was in weeks ago...so I am hopeful that it will also help you...I have never taken zoloft...but trust the doc and keep the contact with them...I know you have no insurance neither do I...but in 90 days from tomorrow I will have some if the job works out because we get benes in 90 day from hire...I am stoked on getting job that will pay well and will also give benes...bit worried it is pure commission but according to their estimated income based on averages of others I will make tons more than I have for long time now...also something happyness comes from!!
hello heretic-------oooooooooooh. how awful. dont give up. how many anti-dep.have you tried. are you on any other psyche meds. when do you see your pdoc again. you dont have to suffer like this.

Please Heretic if you are experiencing active sucidal thoughts go to your nearest psychiatric ER asap. I wish you well with your Wellbutrin and you too. I\'m glad we\'re friends. If there\'s any possible way I can be supportive please let me know. I really do care.
Hello heretic, I\'m so sorry you are experiencing no change to the horribleness you are feeling. As mugwort suggests, would it be helpful to go the ER to keep you safe from suicide? You are suffering so much. Its not fair.

Please call you pdoc up to let him/her know how you feel. As stated already by your friends, if you are having suicide thoughts go to ER to be safe.
