Getting Sick?

I've had a cough off and on for the past couple of days and today I got an asthma attack. I only get those when I have bronchitis now, and I don't think I have it. It could be part of the anxiety attacks I've been having. My lungs still don't feel clear, even with taking my inhaler. I'm still having trouble breathing. I made chicken soup for dinner to try and combat the sickness, and I'm going to take some vitamin C to boost my immunity. I've been really tired lately too. I think I'm fighting something that I either caught at the clinic or from my friend who was sick that I hung out with. I hope I'm not getting sick... I want to be able to go to work the 3 days this week that my therapist wants me to do. Geo might  have to go over to his dad's house to babysit, and I can't go with him. I have to be up early the next day for therapy, so I can't afford to stay up until 10 babysitting. Then I would have to go home, shower, and try and relax which would take even longer. I think I'm just going to take the bus and not order transportation since they don't get me home any earlier since I have to wait for everyone. I don't like that transportation. I guess I will just use it for my appointment with my psych since it's a pain in the butt by bus to get there.
My weight is up, but I didn't eat a lot today so hopefully tomorrow my weight will be down. I also walked and did laundry, so I was active today. I did about 7,300 steps. I'm loving my FitBit! It just makes me want to get out there more.

sorry you are not feeling, hopefully you will just have a small touch of something and it wont get worse. your likely extra tired because your fighting the sick feeling. my sister has asthma very bad and has to carry her inhaler everywhere she goes, but she manages good. I think it is wise not to go with geo so you can plan your night so you can get up. weight, what can I say, it is always up and down, have you considered not weighing everyday, there is so much change everyday, water etc... hope you feel better!

have you looked at apartments that are by the beach or on bus routes of that sort. sometimes living by the beach is easier, because its set up for tourists who don\'t have cars either and the buses are always there heading up and down collins ave that kind of thing. or are you further south by kendall?

i use robitussin dm to ward off bronchitis as soon as i feel a cough, the generic of that is just as good. \"equate dm\" i guess it is at walmart. xxoo
