Getting ready for work tomorrow
Had a good day at work and then came home and did shopping for 3 February birthdays in my family. Bought cards as well and then went over to the Nordstrom rack to buy a couple of scented candles. I managed and added to my to do list which I'll go after tomorrow.

Just trying to ply those tools that I usually use to calm myself and just deal with my time alone.
My insides are burning a bit and so to just to find grounding I called my doc and left a message.
Overall things have been going well. For some reason life’s throwing me a curve ball this afternoon and I’ve fallen out of sana mente. I know we all gotta deal with that sometimes. Peace and good mojo for a good night. Here’s hoping that we all get some quality rest!
