peace
I am having a hard time lately. I suppose it could be attributed as part of the transitions
in my life - but also I wanted to tell that at times my sense of judgement
has been really off. Mistakes at work, mistakes at home. It feels like I am a train
without a conductor at these moments. So some moments will be good and will
seem as though I am improving - and other moments will drag me back to the reality
that I have the disability - a weak mind and dysfunction.
It's hard to not think in terms of a definitive 'getting better' idea - but perhaps I can
better think about life as a series of moments - both good and not so good.
I am grateful for what I have in life - the stability and friends and family - and I will be even more grateful should
anything more comes my way. I was watching a video clip of a young lady with terminal cancer
who was just so grateful for it all - truly inspiring. She made me, now thinking about her,
want to reach for the gratitude and be thankful.
I hope you're having a good weekend.
peace,
Mark
