getting on with my day

Gosh I found myself at first in the morning so lonely and wanting friends around

to do stuff together and just be with them.

Then my mind went to building my day - and I can do that -

I went to get coffee, I made my bed and made breakfast...played with Blue

and kept in touch with friends and family...I called Medi-Cal

and I went to the post office and voted.

Ok but I guess what I am trying to do and look at is that doing this stuff

- yeah it's a good idea to count yourself proud that you can get things done

to take care of your day - and knowing most others out there are doing the same

thing..all in our own individual lives but universally the same.

Don't be afraid of the discomfort - it doesn't make you different - it makes you human, humane...

I had a friend once that was 'in care' growing up in the UK.

He finally felt brave enough at 16 to take a chance on himself and he signed himself

out of the orphanage and went to work in the professional world.

So proud of him and it just is such a great story.

Anyways - everybody's out there 'doing' - I think I will too.

peace and have a good day!!!
