getting lost

I get so lost in appeasing my appetites. I don't seem to think

of looking outside of it (under the water line) to do much more

than: eat, drink and keep glued to the TV. I need some stiffener (spiritual rather than alcoholic.)

Something to call me out of my house and give purpose to my day

after work. Right now I am planning to fill my car with gas at around 11am PST.

Today has been a challenging day. I confronted a lot within myself while I worked.

Right now, at home, instead of letting the downtime blur all that's in my mind, maybe it's a good

idea to keep active, busy and ship shape (clean, order and fold). I'll make my bed and arrange my meds.

Perhaps I'll take my brother's dog for a walk. He is staying with me for a week. It's

amazing how living with someone else can really shake your world up to put some daylight

in your eyes as to how lost you get while on your own.

Dunno how well you speak dog, but they are the ultimate authorities on getting lost in appeasing appetites Nature's own kings and queens of gluttony.. While you are walking with him/her, be sure to explain to him why you are saying it like it is a bad thing. After s/he has found the ultimate spot to pee, of course. Mind your manners. . .
