I haven't put up any decoration in my house yet,
I put them up real candles on my window sills to night, the first day of Advent,.... bringing in the light to the darkness of the season~

Oh....is your fire place 'one' unit, meaning the mantel and fireplace combined in one, or do you have a separate fireplace with a built around wood frame? I love it...always wanted a fire place...thinking I might be able to build something like this :)
