gentle morning memories

each day serves change, each day I am still here (thank god) yet somewhat

different. The morning weather is overcast and cool. A huge fog bank is covering

everything. It's warm enough to keep the windows open, but the fog

is keeping it at a nice cool pleasant tempurature. Blue is being sweet.

I have had a couple of mugs of tea. Took a shower and dressed and now

have the tv on. Do you ever have a morning where you just felt so light?

I'll go for a walk later at King Gillette Ranch. Then I'll watch some shows

on PBS and then dinner with my sister and niece who are in town from

Europe. Things are good.

Sending peace and good vibes....the fog and mists here are making it

all seem so ethereal...it's nice and inspiring!
