Full-Filled
Good Morning Everyone!
I managed to get through the holidays with a minimal of anxiety and was very thankful for it. I was able to stay present and celebrate most of the time. I did get y Wii and have been exercising with it off and on. I do love it and it is a nice addition to the other exercising I do.
I slacked off on my healthy eating though during the holidays and am struggling to get back on track. I picked up the book "Full-Filled" over the weekend and have just started it. It looks very promising and is giving me a lot of hope. It looks more on releasing weight from the inside out. I've always thought my issue isn't the "food" but my behavior around it. The food is simply a symptom of something else going on with me.
I have eaten the healthy breakfast I brought and I also have a healthy lunch. I might pick up a salad in the cafeteria to go with it so I bump up the veggie consumption.
My doctor chose not to put me on diabetic medicine although my A1C was 7.2. She felt I had brought all of my other lab results into the normal range and she's giving me until June to bring the A1C below 7 first.
I hope all of you are doing well. I actually feel really good. Linda
