Friday night

I made it five whole days without being overwhelmed by sadness. Today I checked out a house I like near my favourite beach. The email to the real estate agent went unanswered, but it is in a lovely location and I can see myself living there. The only thing I don't know is how much sunshine it would get. It is lovely to be able to dream again.
I bought this house 3 years ago when I needed to get Jacob into his new school. Now that my life has consolidated a bit more, I have itchy feet. This house is adequate for my needs, but I know how much energy I will draw from being near the sea.
