Friday is the day
I will be going down Friday morning and start the IVIG as an outpatient and be admitted Friday P.M. and hopefully home on Monday. I am a bit scared, as Leo won't be staying down there, but I've run a corporation, I am sure I can handle a hospitalization. All you have shown me how to get through these things by your patient examples.
Wore myself out this morning trying to get things done. Resting now and will get more done tonight/tomorrow. Couldn't find child care for Grayson on Friday (my new day with him) as his daycare is closing d/t a funeral for one of their employees and all my back-ups are going to or cooking for the funeral (I was excused.) Grayson's daddy is going to try and switch his schedule so I can quit looking.
A bit more juggling and a cookie class tomorrow night (Like a cookie exchange only we get new recipes and all bake them that night.) Need to give my cranberry recipe to the pastor's wife for senior meal next Wednesday. Must get the few Christmas cards I need to send out completed. Will save wrapping for next week, and if it doesn't get done, they'll get unwrapped presents. (Must get Grayson's wrapped.)
This morning: I shopped for meals for Leo, replaced the driver's license I lost yesterday (Was exhausted by the time I got to the DMV), stopped by church, and shipped my eBay items that were paid last night/this morning. See you all could yell at me, but I really did need to get things done. This afternoon I will catch up on the shows I have DVR'd including the season finale of Boardwalk Empire. I can try full dose Mestinon tomorrow. Got my ginger snaps.

WOW, Debbie, I am exhausted just reading your to do list - that you have done. My goodness - get in a chair and rest already... Good luck with the hospital stay. :)
Linda
You are going to need that rest at the hospital. WOW!! You are awesome. Will you have computer access t the hospital? If so, send me your phone number and when to call you. Prayers for healing going to you of course.
Glad you are going inpatient Debbie. They can look after you if you have any reactions like a headache. (I\'m sure the doctor will run it slow. I was always fine, nothing that tylenol couldn\'t take care of) I was fine staying in the hospital by myself. Sounds like the peace and quiet and the rest will do worlds for you. Remember that is takes several days to see any benefit so don\'t get discouraged.
Keep us posted and know we will all be thinking of you.
Hugs,
~sherry
PS....I have started sending out New Year\'s cards in the last (several) years---I can never seem to get Christmas cards out in time.
Okay Debbie, I too am tired reading your journal. I know there are things that have to been done before you go. Just know that we are all there with you at the hospital even though we can\'t phyrically be there. Let us know how you are doing.
Love, Cathy
Debbie.. I got tired just reading, can\'t image having to do it all! You are in my prayers that all goes well while you are in the hospital, take care Annette
I ended up doing little to nothing the rest of the day. My mornings really are the only time I can get things done anymore. Trying to figure out how I can beg out of class tonight, but then I will have no Christmas cookies.
