fri nov 18,2011 evening son and b.f. came out

 well, my youngest and boyfreind came out today. we had a good time son did his laundry yay. they had dinner. i cooked for everyone. well i microwaved, the chicken was allready cooked. but it was hard. saw nurse today. they might discharge her and hopefully will get me a pyshic nurse. i dont knwo what that is but im still very afraid about going home. big time. saw sons teeth tonight. very bad. looked up the clinic, hope i can find him some help, or he will end up in er AGAIN for the it will be the 6th time this yr alone. how is he EVER going to be able to pay those bills?went downstairs i think about 4 to 5 times today and did the bike for a very short time. so i ahd a very full day. im tired tonight. oh my sons i am so worried about both of them i dont even knwo. my hip is killing me. just took my little naproxen, ha wish i would have saved some pain pills, now i could use some and i cant get. oh well, thats the way it goews for me. ok, pretty good day today. ok, will get on tommorow.....
