Well, hello. I went out of my apt yesterday, got up very early, showered, got ready pretty fast. Went to the doc/psychiatrist. Also saw my wonderful social worker, she is helping me with a lot of stuff. she is so great, more like a good friend. I was out until about 4 p.m. and then the storms came. I am so dreadfully scared of these horrible storms, especially after the fire this week. Didn't take a nap even. Still on the waiting list for counseling which i need BADLY, OH SO BADLY. (I AM A MESS AND SO IS MY APT, IV LOST ALL MY MUSCLE THAT I WORKED SO HARD. LOST WEIGHT, AND MUSCLE MASS. HOPE I CAN GET IT BACK, SLEEP WAY TOO MUCH. PLAYING AUSTRIGE, I'M GOOD AT THAT. OK MORE LATER, NEED TO EAT AND MEDICATE.I'LL BE HEAD IN SAND IF ANYONE NEEDS ME.) LOL

Is your gym far from you? I am thinking maybe I need to join one. I just have a hard time getting around anymore.
