Freaking out and upcoming doctors appt.

I finally made an appointment to see the doctor for my sitting bone pain.  It is for tomorrow at 8:50.  I am planning on asking if it is possible if the hemorrhoids on my left side could be causing the sitting bone pain I have on the left side.  I have both external and internal hemorrhoids but I am not sure if it could cause the pain to radiate to the bone.  A little worried this will lead to a rectal exam but I am trying to be a big girl about the whole thing and get over myself.  I really just want answers right now more then anything.
Also on Saturday during my shower I felt a smaller then a pea sized lump under my armpit.  So I am freaking out because my maternal grandmother died of breast cancer and I have had a cousin my age get beast cancer (she is now in remission) but it is scary.  What if? I have done internet research so I am aware there could be other reasons but it is the scariest that is staying with me right now.

So please pray for me for healing, strength and courage for tomorrow.

UPDATE:
I went to the doctor's this morning.  It went ok I spoke to the doctor about both issues.   Between the Doctor and the Physical Therapist they decided my butt pain was from ischial tuberosity.  Which means the bursa which cushions the bone from rubbing up against the muscle is inflamed so she prescribed extra strength Motrin.  She totally didn't think hemorrhoids would have anything to do with it.  No rectal exam which or any exam at all really.  Basically they diagnosis me from my symptoms, which according to the internet there is a couple of test they could of done so I am a little leary if this is a really whats wrong.
As far the lump under my arm pit goes she thought it was in the wrong place for lymph nodes and was really small so she thought it was folliculitis or maybe some sort of infection but didn't think I needed antibiotics but would clear up on its own.  I am not sure if I am totally comfortable with that diagnosis, mainly because the lump feels like it is under the skin not in the skin.  If it doesn't clear up in a couple of weeks I will go to my ob/gyn. I am praying it just clears up so I don't have to go back.
