Freaking out

I am totally freaking out. The day my boyfriend was leaving to visit family i tweeked and had a panic attack, and my friend's bf offered me a cigarette.  I took it.  Now I am freaking out over how to tell my bf when he comes back, he is dead against smoking.  I don't know what i am going to do.
