Fourteen Weeks
I have been taking Azilect as my only PD medication for 14 weeks now. Never any side effects.
I rode the tandem recumbent bicycle with my spouse this week. The St. Mary's State Park in Ohio is very flat and the roads are very low traffic and 25 mph max. I have been afraid to try captaining the tandem for a couple months now because I feel that my balance has deteriorated and I feel that have trouble responding to unbalance situations. The result is that I need more of the road to ride on. In town we walked the bicycle in some places were we would have ridden at the edge of the traffic lane before PD, simply because I couldn't trust my ability to ride the fog line straight and true. All in all it was a very successful ride and helped my self confidence a great deal.
