Found this 2 Pence Coin on the ground by my car as I was going into the Doctor's office today.
So strange and curious!! What are the chances you would find one, way out here in suburban SoCal??

I don't care to run the odds, but I have found foreign money in the damndest places. Alas, it is all too unique for me to find money of any persuasion.
I had a British co-worker who said that since the U.K. 2 pence coin was worth more than the U.S. penny, her opinion was worth more than ours. Her 2 pence worth was worth four times our 2 cents worth. Depending on the exchange rate of the day, of course. . .
I had a friend who said 'that's my two cents" "please don't ask for change." :)
Hm-m-m-m. . . Maybe since he was giving the two cents, he should have said, "Keep the change?"
Putting my editor's pen back in my pocket now. . .
I might retort, "Thank you, big spender. Don't bother coming again. Management has the right to refuse service to anyone."
