Forty Eight Weeks
Just started working through the John Argue book, "Parkinsons Disease the Art of Moving. I have made it through exercise group 1. I have been working with some of the same things by kneading my feet and hands. The tennis ball seems like a good idea.
Lots of cold weather recently and my shakes get bad when I am cold. Went to a Bluegrass Jam session last night. At first I could barely play and thought I would have to beg off when my turn came. The heater in the old Grange Hall finally started getting some traction and by the time I was up I was able to manage a slow tune, Aragon Mill. My voice is still strong and steady. I was complimented on my singing.
