forgiveness

I suppose I should just drop it -

I was feeling paranoid and nervous and depressed on a zoom

call with my family today. I just felt a mix of uncomfortable feelings with no ryhme or reason

but was trying to keep focused, positive and considerate of the conversation.

At one point the attention came to me and I was talking about some things

and then I became kind of reactive and then apologetic for it -

it's 'ringing my bell' now that the zoom call is over - but I think that

we all must show sides at times (and have sides) and none of us is 'perfect'

It's weird but perhaps I will just see it as an opportunity to own

my humanity. It's helping me.

Sometimes, we have to take a step back and let it go. Here's hoping you find your balance naturally and with a gentle thought for your 'feelings and words spoken'.

Its good and healthy to express yourself and be a strong communicator, even if its “unpopular” or you think about it too much later on. Sorry you feel this way with family - that’s uncomfortable.
