Football
My anxiety is a little high today I'm going to a football game later today and I'm going to try to relax and enjoy my time they are going to barbecue and have a parade I hope I can enjoy it. Prefect weather for a football game it will be a little challenging to say the least but I will just do some deep breathing and try to live in the momentÂ
