Food, dessert, YUM!!!

Well, you caught me stuffing my face on Boxing Day. That plate has all dessert. Yummy!!! Not the most flattering picture but what the heck. Not much news since yesterday and my trip to Moncton. Which was wonderful. I love spending time with my friends. Really lifts the spirits to know that you matter to someone. My regular gals’ coffee night will be starting again on Monday. Really looking forward to it as we have not been able to see each other much since the first of November. You know, everybody gets busy. I am also planning on going to the Tuesday rug hooking sessions. I’ll give it a try. If there are too many people and I get anxious I’ll just leave. Don’t know unless I try, right? I have slowly been knitting a scarf for myself..It is made with Eyelash yarn. A little hard to work with but the colors are gorgeous, a variegate purple, turquoise, two shades of blue and a yellow. It is a nice mindless activity..Michael started yesterday taking down the xmas stuff and putting it all in the livingroom to be boxed. I will do some more today but I think I will leave the tree up until after the weekend. I always find everything looks so bare after it all comes down. The outdoor stuff will be in the spring before it comes down.I’m trying to type and Jiji is trying to play with my hands. Yeah, makes it really easy to type. LOL!!!Well, I’ll close for now and probably will not be on until tomorrow so Happy New Year’s Eve to everyone of my DS friends. Debbie
