Follow-up with the surgeons

According to both surgeons, my healing scars look "Spectacular!".  I feel much better, and they took out the drains. I'm set for rehab/physical therapy in a week - to ease back into full use of my upper body without damaging the sutures.
 
I look in the mirror and FINALLY see myself as a fatter version of the male I always felt myself to be. I'm pleased, thus far, and feel now I can turn to getting healthily trimmer and more fit.
Today i go see a new gender specialist for the first time. As a matter of fact, I need to pull myself together and be on the way to that appointment.
True, there are still things I need to do, things I need to sort out, but for now, I am much happier in my life than ever before.
