First Drill Weekend

Cristian called me early this morning & told me he would be shaving his head & going away for the weekend for his first drills. This was odd to me, as they didn't give him much notice & I'm so used to my boyfriend's adorable curls. Heartbroken, I expressed my love and pride for him and wished he'd be safe. He said he would call me whenever he got a spare second. I cried on and off all afternoon, wondering & missing him. At least he'll be home on Sunday, which, coincidentally, is the day I'm planning to go down and see him. We haven't spoken since about noon & I am worried like crazy. Hoping for the best.
