First appointment

I had my first appointment yesterday. My lining looks great at 7 and I have a follicle looking rather large. I have never done a "natural" cycle like this before. We are just letting my body do it's thing until my follicle looks ready to release the egg. Once it gets to a certain size they will have me trigger ovulation. After that, I'll start taking prednisolone, lovenox injections, estrace, and progesterone at specific times. Normally, I don't ovulate until day 16-18, and I was thinking that I would probably have to go in for a bunch of follicle checks before I get there since they were starting to look so early on day 11. Sorry for the TMI, but then DH and I had sex Saturday and I noticed all this cervical mucous showing that I'm going to ovulate soon. I was so excited, because before I started all these damn fertility treatments 3 years ago, I used to ovulate much earlier. Honestly, I feel like my body is doing everything it should be right now. It has reminded me that my body is capable of getting me to where I need to be on it's own and that I am fertile, NOT infertile. I fucking hate that word. Once I know when I'm taking the ovidrel trigger, than my transfer will be a week after that. For some reason, I have a really good feeling about this cycle. Ugh, I know I say that every time. Two years ago, we used a lovenox and prednisolone protocol and I got pregnant. It was a short lived 6 weeks, but it was a sign that it is possible. I'm praying this is it. I seriously can't handle too much more.
