Finnaly got my meds right, for now 1 10 2019

Well hello journal, it'sbeen a while sence i was able to write a journal, so here i go. Didn't do anything for new years, my meds were so messed up that i couldn't even type. We are getting a snow storm around here. bummer day's. So i went to the phyciatrist today and i was in full blown panic attack. I love my social worker, she really is great and she took me to get cigs amd to get some privision, they say it's going to be a bigone naturally. Didn't go to b.f's last weekend and now i'll be snowed in. I have been chain smoking so much its pittiful, need to cut down and i'm afraid i will gain more weight, allready gained 15 lb's thats going to be very hard to take it off.OK now for the positive, got things done today that needed to be done. I worked on my apt which is a BIG deal, i should say it'sw the illusion of clean but i feel like at least i got a few things done. Going to watch shamless tonight, i'm in the 3rd season, I love that show and i am thankfull that i have Netflix,S worrker shod me some thing's about my new wonderfull smart phone, yay.OK I guess thats all i got. Going to try andf journal every day, good or bad. Hugs to all............
