Finding my zone

Hi guys! Things are really good here, I just wanted to get in touch. I feel very awake about my surroundings. Everyone is kind of in their own zone here, at the monastery, everyone has their own pain and their experience and history. And so we’re all living with a kind of respect to that. But then again things can also get brittle, anyway, what I wanna say is that I think that’s true of wherever you go. Everyone is in their own zone so to speak and finding people who are more in your zone is nice for friendship. Our community is very special. I hope you guys are OK. I just spoke to my Aunt and now I’m spending time with Blue at the end of the day. Xo good night, Mark
